Written quotations are provided before production.
Payments accepted: bank transfer, PayPal, or secure international channels.
No hidden fees – all machining, finishing, packaging, and shipping costs are clearly stated.
Standard lead time: 7–15 working days, depending on complexity.
We cooperate with DHL, FedEx, and UPS for global delivery.
Tracking numbers are always provided after dispatch.
Orders may be modified or cancelled before machining begins.
If products are defective due to our process, we will remake or refund.
Custom-made parts that pass QC cannot be returned for non-quality reasons.
